This two day conference will focus on practical strategies for individuals, teams and system to transform moral distress into personal resiliency.  By the end of the two days we hope clinical will be able to:

 

  • Use communication skills to elicit values and align with patients and families that have diverse life experiences and health care preferences.
  • Identify and manage interprofessional conflict using a stepwise framework.
  • Describe resources in the healthcare system for increasing primary and specialty palliative care access.
